Bridle Path, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

A massive three-storey French style mansion is beginning to take shape on Bridle Path’s exclusive Park Lane Circle. The imposing manor is being built by acclaimed designer Ferris Rafauli for Canadian musician Drake. When complete, the 35,000 square foot home will include an indoor basketball court, jersey museum, indoor pool, massage room, piano room, screening room and even an awards room. Drake, who is reportedly worth $100,000,000, purchased the property with a bungalow on it for $6,700,000 CAD. Bridle Path is no stranger to celebrity residents. The exclusive area has been home to Prince, Conrad Black and Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec. Scroll down to take a look at the plans and construction progress of Drake’s new Toronto mansion.
