Inside Candy Spelling’s $35 Million Penthouse
Los Angeles, California, United States
ET was one of the few that had a chance to tour Candy Spelling’s brand new 18,000 square foot Penthouse in Los Angeles, CA. Spelling purchased the two-storey penthouse at the top of The Century in 2010 for $35 million, a whole $12 million off the original asking price. ET reports that the sprawling ‘Manor in the Sky’ offers a salt water swimming pool, screening room, spiral staircase, and of course a gift wrapping room. Before the penthouse, Spelling lived at The Manor in Holmby Hills with her late husband Aaron Spelling who passed away in 2006. Candy put The Manor on the market for a staggering $150 million before selling it to 23-year old Petra Ecclestone for $85 million. HGTV documented the process of Candy moving out of the 56,000 square foot mansion on a tv special titled ‘Selling Spelling Manor.’ A new special titled ‘Beyond Spelling Manor’ will follow the construction process of the new penthouse which will also air on HGTV.
