Inside the Crescent-Shaped Bloomfield Hills, MI Mansion Designed by Young & Young Architects

Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, United States

If you’ve ever explored Bloomfield Hills, Michigan via Google Earth then you’ve likely seen this impressive crescent-shaped mansion backing onto the Bloomfield Hills Country Club. The sprawling home was designed by Young & Young Architects alongside Ausberg Interiors who custom designed much of the interior furniture and lighting. It was built for American attorney Geoffrey Fieger, wife Keenie and their children. Since completion, the home has been altered a number times with major additions to the both the front and rear of the structure. These additions included adding a second level to the front facade as well as constructing a large conservatory on the rear of the home. One of the highlights of the mansion is an impressive domed subterranean swimming pool complex. Above the pool, a central skylight doubles as a glass floor of the exterior terrace above. Directly below are two photos of the original finished design before the additions. The home was designed by Young & Young Architects and Ausberg Interiors.
