As you may know I’m obsessed with Arizona, so any Real Estate I find there it’s already on my favourite list.  This one however is not only an amazing house but it’s offered at an amazing price of only $1.6 Million!  I’m impressed with nearly everything I see in the pictures, the tall ceilings, dark hardwood flooring, large open layout living spaces, and the Master Suite is gorgeous with an adjoining Spa Ensuite.

You can clearly tell it’s a well built Estate home, that at one point may have been valued a LOT higher than it’s asking price.  After all Arizona was one of the hardest hit states for Real Estate depreciation.  The Exterior living spaces are something you’d expect to see in a home 5 times the cost, I love Swimming Pool with the waterfalls and although the grassy area isn’t very large it’s the perfect size for entertaining and maintenance!  There is also an awesome Sports Court (something I’ve always wanted), and a cool Playground for the kids.  This is the ‘Summer House’ I’d consider buying if I were to win the Lottery.
