MCal’s Thoughts: Like I’ve said in previous posts I’m not a huge fan of ‘Condo’ or ‘Penthouse Life’ but when you see a place this Incredible it’s hard to ignore it.  The Entire structure is so thoughtfully and uniquely designed, the details are amazing.  I really like how they incorporated LED mood lightning throughout the home, some people may think it’s tacky but I think it add a lot of fun to the residence.  The Kitchen looks spectacular with the ‘Landing Strip’ of an Island and rich materials completing the space.  The main highlight of the Penthouse are the terraces, totalling over 16,000 Sq. Ft.!  I’m nothing but impressed with this property, if it were in Vancouver, BC I could see it being well into the $17,000,000 price range!
