Regis Philbin’s former Mansion to be torn down
38 Meeting House Road, Greenwich, Connecticut, United States
The Greenwich Time has reported that television star Regis Philbin’s former Connecticut mansion is to be torn down. The nearly 6,000 square foot home was built in 1980 and is situated on over 6 private, landscaped acres with a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a gazebo. Originally listed at $5.9 million in 2008, the property eventually sold to Raymond and Yanina LaChance in 2011 for $3.8 million. The Greenwich Time says the LaChances are wanting to tear down the house to build a 13,505 square foot mansion – more than double the size. Below are a variety of photos from the current home.
