MCal’s Thoughts: I wasn’t even aware we had anything like this in Vancouver.  I love everything about it, it’s so inviting with all the bright colours and I could feel at home in little time.  The Terracota Tiles with the Yellow Walls and Yellow Paint really makes me believe it’s in California somewhere on the coast – than I see the Lions Gate Bridge in the distance.  This is a top notch property at an amazing price, I really hope some developer doesn’t come along and tear it down to build some ‘Whistler Inspired’ Mansion.  I would die.
