This stately Queen Anne Victorian style home was built by Harvey Judson Kingsley in 1886. He and his wife were inspired the newly introduced Queen Anne style on a trip to Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Kingsley is most noted for introducing apples to the Fennville area. In 1995 Gary and Kari King bought the Kingsley house they were going to retire and start a bed and breakfast. In 2015 Chris and Brenda Brzys bought the house and kept it a bed and breakfast sometime later the home was bought by Chuck and Sally Pappalrado who continue to keep it a bed and breakfast.
