1908 Seattle Foursquare Remodelled by ROM Architecture Studio
Seattle, Washington, United States
ROM Architecture Studio remodelled this charming French Victorian foursquare in Seattle’s Nob Hill neighbourhood. The interiors include a French-inspired living room with built-in shelving, a gas fireplace and television alcove, an informal dining area with French doors to the yard and a show-stopping kitchen with one of the most beautiful islands we’ve seen! An antique sideboard topped with granite was given a new purpose as a large island in the beautifully updated kitchen. The space also includes antique lighting, detailled corbels and hardwood flooring with inlay! Just beyond the kitchen is a fabulous butler’s pantry with plenty of storage space. What do you think of repurposing antique furniture? Photography by Kathryn Barnard.
