The 2.15 acre estate was previously home to Frank Sinatra’s 8,631 square foot Mediterranean residence which came on the market in 2010 for the first time in 50 years. It had been listed for $22,500,000 before selling for $18,500,000 to the late Brad Grey, former CEO of Paramount Pictures. According Curbed LA, Grey held a wedding at the home before relisting it as a teardown for $19,995,000. Property records reveal it sat on the market throughout 2012 and 2013 and was developed into what we see today sometime after 2016. Grey passed away in early 2017. Sinatra purchased the home in 1948 for $250,000 according to The Hollywood Reporter. Today, the 2.15 acre estate includes a 13,890 square foot home designed by architect Howard Backen and Atelier AM with landscape design by Miranda Brooks.
