1$25.8 Million Bridle Path Estate Hits the Market

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

A newly built palatial residence in Toronto’s affluent ‘Bridle Path’ area has just come on the market for $25,800,000.  There are no photos with the listing but the description says the home is a sprawling 24,000 square feet with 7 bedrooms & 14 bathrooms on a 2-acre estate.  The residence was designed by David Wooldridge Architecture and built by the renowned Valleymede Homes.  The listing goes on to say that there is a dramatic limestone facade, a 6-car heated garage, heated marble flooring throughout, a grand ballroom with 23′ cathedral ceilings, and opulent finishes & millwork.  There is also a Scarlet O’Hara staircase with carved stringers, hand-crafter old world iron & cast bronze railings.  The exteriors include a tennis court, heated decks, and ‘Gatsby’-like stone terraces.  The mansion is listed with N. Barry Cohen of Re/Max.  Below is an image of the former home.
