34 Year Old Reportedly buys Le Palais

The highly publicized Le Palais estate in Beverly Hills, California has just sold to Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva the youngest daughter of Uzbekistan president Islam Karimov according to Business Insider and The Real Estalker.  The 48,000 square foot mansion was designed by real estate tycoon Mohamed Hadid who has a networth of close to $100 million.  The mansion originally came on the market at $58 million and sold for an undisclosed price.  It is set on 1.09 acres and offers 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 7 indoor fireplaces, 3 outdoor fireplaces, a 60′ infinity pool, a 20-person spa, and an indoor swimming pool.  There is also four rose gardens, a pool pavilion, and a 3,800 square foot rooftop garden deck.
