4.4 Acre Narragansett Waterfront Estate by Paul Weber Architecture
Narragansett, Rhode Island, United States
Paul Weber Architecture paved the way to redevelop this expansive waterfront property in Narragansett, Rhode Island into a show-stopping stone residence with space for the whole family. Spanning 9,600 square feet, the house includes a traditional-style entry hall with grand staircase, intricate wood columns, a two-storey living room with views over the ocean and chef’s kitchen with dual islands, stainless steel countertops and a red butler’s pantry. There are six bedrooms, eight full and two half bathrooms throughout. The home is comfortable, warm and family-oriented with a nautical flair. An older home previously sat on the 4.4 acre property. Records show it last sold for $3,300,000 in 2013. TE2 Engineering, LLC. also worked on the project which required tight indoor air quality tolerances. It’s heated and cooled with an efficient closed loop geothermal system providing low operating costs and no outdoor equipment. Photography by Richard Mandelkorn.
