A magical equestrian estate owned by actress Michelle Pfeiffer and producer husband David E. Kelley has sold for $22,000,000. Pfeiffer and Kelley purchased the 8.67 acre estate in 2004 for $12,000,000 and first listed it in March of 2018 for $29,500,000. It was on the market for a little over a year and a half before selling at a discount for $22,000,000 this past December. The property on Why Worry Lane spans more than 8 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac with a lovely 6,379 square foot main house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. In addition to the main house, there is also two studio guest apartments, a gym plus separate office and a detached office/guest house. The grounds are lush and include a gated pool and spa, tennis court, main terrace with fireplace, front and rear porches with retractable awnings, an apple orchard and meadows and formal lawn. The property is also equipped with equestrian facilities which include a historic c.1925 octagonal barn with 10 stalls, small turnout and paddock plus riding arena! According to Architectural Digest, the Hollywood couple also recently sold their Pacific Palisades home to their neighbour, Houston Atros owner Jim Crane, for a reported $9,100,000. Pfeiffer and Kelley reportedly have combined networth of close to $330,000,000.
