The former Bay Area home of late actor & comedian Robin Williams has sold for $5.35 million after nearly a year on the market according to the Los Angeles Times. The 6,517 square foot residence listed in November 2019 for $7.25 million. Originally built in 1987, the 6 bedroom and 6.5 bathroom home features an open floor plan with kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, formal dining room, media room, three-car garage, and a spacious pool and patio area overlooking the Bay. The residence also features a master suite with large his and her closets and a beautiful study panelled in natural wood with a fireplace. The San Francisco Bay can be seen from practically every room. Williams purchased the property in 2008 for a little more than $4 million. Following his death in 2014, his wife, Susan Williams, continued to live there until putting it on the market in 2019. The property was most recently on the market for $6 million with Penny Wright-Mulligan and Haley Wright of Compass.
