Beyoncé spends $45 million on Cher’s Malibu Mansion
Malibu, California, United States
Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z have agreed to pay $45 million for Cher’s palatial Malibu mansion according to Vibe Magazine. The mansion, as seen in the August 2002 issue of Architectural Digest, is positioned high on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Designer Ron Wilson told AD, “Both structurally and in terms of the interior, this house was Cher’s concept.” The Italian villa originally came on the market in 2008 but was quickly removed as Cher wasn’t ready to part. The 13,126 square foot floor plan includes seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining, and media room. The celebrity couple have a combined networth of approximately $800 million, making this purchase a breeze.
