Bob Weinstein lists Connecticut Mansion for $32 Million

Bob Weinstein, the Hollywood producer behind films such as Scream, Halloween, and Scary Movie, has just listed his sprawling Connecticut mansion for $32 million.  The Daily Mail reports that Weinstein purchased the Gold Coast estate in 2000 and is selling it following a divorce with his wife in 2012.  Curbed noted that the Hollywood producer purchased the property for a little more than $16 million.  The grand 12,788 square foot mansion is situated on a private 3.28 acre lot with 440′ of shoreline including a sandy beach, stone pier, and deepwater mooring.  The property dates back to the early 1900s when it was built by an American industrialist.  Tamar Lurie has the listing.
