Brush Park’s 1882 Frederick Butler House

Built in 1882 for Frederick Butler, a banker in Detroit, Michigan, the Frederick Butler House is a French Renaissance Second Empire mansion that contains 8,400 square feet of living space. In 2006, the brick home was restored and converted to condos and is now known as Edmund Place. The Lucien S. Moore House is also on Edmund Place and was restored.
