A large tree fell on and damaged a large portion of the slate roof, copper gutters and a dormer. Cheltenham Roofing Co. sourced slate that would seamlessly match the size, colour and thickness of the existing roofing, a task that would take nearly a month of searching. Damaged valleys, gutters and hangers were all replaced with 16 oz copper. The property is on the market for $2,300,000 with Michael Sivel of Berkshire Hathaway.
