Calgary Mansion Sells for Record Price
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
An opulent French Country Castle in Calgary, Alberta has sold for the record price of $10,350,000. The 14,500 square foot mansion was originally listed at $12,000,000 with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada agent Corinne Poffenroth. MarketWire reported that the sale makes it one of the most expensive in the city of Calgary to date.
The estate was custom designed and built by Pacer Signature Homes and includes luxuriously appointed living quarters including 5 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a 5-car garage, and a separate carriage house. Listing agent Corinne Pffenroth told MarketWire, “While it has local and international appeal, we’re not surprised that we were able to represent local buyers for a property that is now iconic to Calgary.” To see more photos click here.
