It’s no surprise that parts of Canada can be very expensive to live in, but this listing went to a new extreme.  Up for sale is a completely renovated full duplex in Penticton, BC with a total of 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms.  There is 2,560 square feet of floor space on a 6,098 square foot lot.  It’s listed at a staggering $4,299,429,900 – making it the most expensive listing to ever come on the market.  At least that’s what it shows on the MLS.  The actual list price is just $434,900, so how they came up with $4,299,429,900 is a mystery.
