With Vancouver’s soaring real estate prices it’s no surprise that more & more people are choosing to rent instead – but is renting the better way to go?  Check out this one bedroom, one bathroom condo that is described as “wterfront.”  It comes fully furnished with two kitchen chairs, a bed, sidetable, and a few other basic pieces.  The listing says it includes an office, a solarium, dishwasher, and in-suite laundry.  It also says it has amazing panoramic views of “The coll Haber Marina” – surely they mean Coal Harbour Marina… There are also views of Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains.  How much could something like this possibly cost?  This unit is listed at a cool $2,650/month.  Yes you read that right.
