Billionaire real estate businessman and casino mogul Steve Wynn has listed his recently renovated mansion in Beverly Hills for $135 million. DuPont Registry revealed that Wynn purchased the 27,000 square foot residence in 2015 for $48 million before spending several years remodelling both the interior and exterior. The 2.7 acre property has been drastically transformed by Robert Truskowski and includes a tennis court with seating house, swimming pool with pool lanai and large entertaining terraces. Architect William Hablinski worked alongside interior designer Roger Thomas to drastically transform the residence. Features include 11 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, 3 staff bedroom, 3 security bedrooms, a grand living room, indoor/outdoor dining room with city views, a large home theatre and complete gymnasium with 17+ pieces of equipment. DuPont Registry also revealed that the residence was originally built in the 1990s for Guess co-founder Maurice Marciano. It’s on the market for $135 million with Leonard Rabinowitz, Jack Friedkin and Rick Hilton of Hilton & Hyland.
