Billionaire real estate businessman and casino mogul Steve Wynn seems to be decluttering his real estate portfolio. The 78-year-old billionaire recently listed his 27,000 square foot Beverly Hills residence for $135 million. He purchased that property in 2015 for $48 million before spending several years remodelling both the interior and exterior. He’s just listed a 13,592 square foot European-style villa in Las Vegas for $25 million according to Mansion Global. Wynn purchased the 1.41 acre property back in 2018 for $13 million and reportedly spent upwards of $16 million renovating the home. “The current owner completely reimagined the space, creating a timeless experience with incomparable finishes and museum-quality art protection and display,” agent Ivan Sher revealed in a news release. The residence is set behind the double gated access of The Enclave, within the award-winning, master-planned Summerlin community. The property is on the market for $25 million with The Ivan Sher Group of Berkshire Hathaway.
