A rare opportunity to purchase a stunning historical Tudor Revival Manor, Groheim, built in 1927, set amongst tranquil French Parterre gardens and 9 registered Live Oak trees in the heart of Lafayette, LA. The grounds, enclosed with wrought-iron fencing and protected by an electronic gated entrance, elicit a European atmosphere graced with azaleas, camellias, boxwood, and roses. Fountains and antique artifacts accentuate the estate of a French Normandy castle. The owner, an internationally known painter, William Carl Groh III expressed his talents canvassing the decor of this Historical Home. From the marble mantels, leaded glass windows, Tudor arches, embellished doorways and intricate woodwork, this breathtaking showcase creates a lovely residence or would make an outstanding business opportunity. The detached studio is presently being utilized by Maestro Groh when painting his masterpieces.
