Curving 20,000 Square Foot Contemporary Residence in Michigan
Michigan, United States
If you’ve ever explored Google Streetview in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, then you’ve likely come across this substantial private estate! While there is no official confirmation or record of which architect designed this 20,000+ square foot residence, the architecture is reminiscent of several homes designed by Young & Young Architects. Property records show it being built in 2004 and including 8 bedroom & 11.5+ bathrooms across more than 20,000 square feet on 9+ pond-front acres. The property underwent a substantial redesign, starting in 2022 with the addition of a playground area with in-ground trampolines, a substantial swimming pool, new patio, and pool house/cabana at the rear of the property, and what looks to be a large go-kart track in the North East corner of the estate. Architecturally stunning, the home features a central courtyard with sunken garaging. Note: This property is not for sale.
