Dr. Dre to buy Tom Brady’s Brentwood Palace

TMZ has reported that Dr. Dre is close to sealing the deal to purchase Tom Brady & Gisele’s palatial Brentwood palace.  The couple reportedly spent close to $40 million designing & building the mammoth home over four years.  The 13,890 square foot home was designed by Richard Landry and is situated on nearly 4 level acres.  It came on the market in mid-March shortly after it was completed for a staggering $50 million.  TMZ reports that other parties were interested in putting in offers but Dr. Dre beat them to it.  The home was being sold fully furnished but sources told TMZ that Dr. Dre has no interest in taking the furniture.
