As a former show home part of the 2012 Parade of Homes, the Loeffler Residence has had its fair share of time in the spotlight. The 22,000 square foot manor is built into the side of a mountain along Canyon Vine Cove in Draper, Utah and is the family home of David Loeffler, an entertainment mogul. The sprawling residence first hit the market in 2018 for $7.75 million and dropped as low as $5.8 million in 2018. The property has just come back on the market for $10 million. Loeffler told Fox13 Salt Lake City in 2012, “We decided to bring a little bit of Europe back to Utah and put it right in this gem of a mountain called Draper.” Loeffler has worked with stars such as Lionel Richie, Usher, Michael Jackson, as well as promoting Justin Bieber’s tour, some of the highlights from his career can be seen in his personal office below. The residence includes a two-storey formal entrance, multiple kitchens, a ballroom with fireplace, home theatre, formal living & dining rooms, a scrapbook room, 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. The home was built by Lane Myers Construction and is on the market for $10 million with Angelina Feichko.
