MCal’s Thoughts: Absolutely love the Exteriors of this Estate, it shows so nicely with the perfectly manicured lawns.  As a rule I don’t normally like when Pools are enclosed with a fence and a fairly far distance from the Main House – however in this case I think they pulled it off quite nicely.  It really gives you that resort feel with this pool!  As I always say the rear of the house is just as important as the front, so judging the home based on just the rear side I’d give it a 8/10 – only reason  being is that I think the Square/Rectangular windows above the arched doors look a little strange!  The Interiors of the home are very clean and proper – which I like.  I also really like the 2 storey Kitchen with the abundance of 2 tone Cabinetry.  If I were to move in, I would probably take down some of the drapery (:|), and I’d re-do the Home Theatre.
