Acquired by Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi in 2017 for $7.2 million and sold to Tinder cofounder Sean Rad for $11 million in 2018, the celebrity couple has just repurchased the historic Rancho San Leandro property for $14.3 million in Montecito, California. The hacienda, located next to Oprah’s 70+ acre estate, was listed by Rad in 2019 for $12.7 million but was removed in 2020. The 5.83-acre compound is comprised of the original 1850s adobe, the Monterey House (2006), and a first-class equestrian facility. The beautiful property also offers enchanting gardens, covered verandas, and olive groves. Inside the 3,100 square foot well-preserved abode features an eat-in kitchen, a large great room with separate living and dining areas, and two identical fireplaces. DeGeneres and de Rossi have also recently sold one of their homes in Beverly Hills for $47 million.
