Ellen & Portia list Ranch for $12.995 Million

Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have listed their sprawling ranch in Thousand Oaks for $12.995 million.  However that wasn’t the original asking price just weeks ago, LA Times reports that the 26-acre estate came on the market at the end of July for just $10.995 million.  A week later the price was adjusted to the current $12.995 million list price which now includes all the furnishings.  The sprawling grounds include eight farmhouse cottages, an art barn, a romantic barn, yoga pavilion, a tree house, tennis court, and state-of-the-art horse facilities!  The listing on Realtor.com is currently showing “pending” beside the list price which means an offer could be on the table.  Patrick Martin & Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.  To see the full listing click here.  See below to watch a stunning video tour of the estate by Interior Pixels.
