Evander Holyfield’s Mansion Back on the Market
794 Highway 279, Fayetteville, Georgia, United States, 30214
World Champion boxer Evander Holyfield’s former mansion in Fayetteville, GA is back on the market. Holyfield was forced to give up the palatial 54,000* square foot mansion back in June of 2012 at a foreclosure auction. At the time he reportedly owned more than $14 million on it. It’s said to have sold for $7.5 million. Built in 1994, the sprawling estate consists of nearly 105 acres with the grand main house and a 4,000 square foot guest house. The mansion is packed with features that you don’t typically see such as a dining room with space for up to 100 guests, 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool, and one of the largest outdoor pools in the United States. The estate is being offered for $8.5 million, only a $1 million more than what it sold for last year. To see the entire estate click here.
