Frank Lloyd Wright Inspired Residence in Zionsville, IN Lists for $1.3M

7190 Hull Road, Zionsville, Indiana, United States, 46077

At first glance you just might mistake this Indiana home as one of Frank Lloyd Wright’s designs. With its strong horizontal lines, low-pitched roof and ribbons of windows, it has all the characteristics that you might find on one of Wright’s homes. Shockingly, this Prairie-style residence was the product of the mid-1990s and while we don’t know which architect designed it, it is comforting to know that quality homes of this level of craftsmanship are still being built. A substantial arched brick entry, reminiscent of the brick tunnel on Frank Lloyd Wright’s V.C. Morris Gift Shop in San Francisco, creates an almost whimsical feeling as you approach the home. The quality and uniqueness continues into all the interior spaces with a substantial amount of woodwork throughout. There is more than 7,500 square feet of space on three levels with a large great room, an open dining room adjacent to a large patio and a warm and inviting eat-in kitchen with built-in inglenook. The upper floor hosts a large master suite with private balcony while the walkout lower level includes a recreation room, wine cellar and kitchen area. There are four bedrooms, four full and one half bathrooms throughout. Information is fairly limited on this one, if you happen to know the architect responsible or know where we can find more photos or videos please send us an email! It’s on the market for $1,324,900 with Matt Kressley of F.C. Tucker Company.
