Designed by Boston architect Guy Lowell and built in 1910, this 15,000 square foot summer residence last sold for $4.95 million after relisting for $5.75 million in 2020. The historic estate originally listed in 2017 for $15.5 million and was reduced to $12.5 million in 2019. Eegonos, also known as East of Eden, is one of the few remaining turn of the century Gilded Age mansions to survive the devastating wild fire of 1947.
