$49,950,000 | 1996 | 21,000 Sq. Ft. | 9 Beds | 18 Baths | 3.6 Acres
Beverly Hills, California, United States
American screenwriter, director, producer and creator of the hit ABC sitcom Full House and its Netflix sequel Fuller House, Jeff Franklin, is looking to find a buyer for his custom 21,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, California. Franklin initially listed the property, known as Villa del Cielo, in 2022 for a whopping $85 million. Several years and price reductions later, the property is now listed for $49.95 million. According to Robb Report, the 71-year-old purchased the 3.6 acre property in 2000, which included an unfinished mansion, for $6.37 million. Franklin commissioned renowned architect Richard Landry to complete the 9 bedroom, 18 bathroom mansion we see today. The Los Angeles Times reported, “the mansion sits on the same land where Sharon Tate and four others were murdered by the Manson family in the summer of 1969.” Today, the property comes outfitted with world-class amenities, including a 75-yard pool with 3 waterfalls, 2 jacuzzis, a 35-foot waterslide, swim-up bar, private grotto, Koi pond, lazy river and a subterranean garage with space for 16 vehicles.
