The 172-year-old home, called Longfield, listed in 2014 for $844,000 and is last recorded selling in 2008 for $575,000. Listed on the National Register in 1972, the 5,300 square foot residence was designed by Russell Warren for Charles Dana Gibson and his bride Abby DeWolf on a 1.2 acre property.
