Iconic Brady Bunch House Lists in California for $1.88M

11222 Dilling Street, North Hollywood, California, United States, 91602

Fanatics of the 1970s television show The Brady Bunch will be lining up to get a peek inside one of America’s most iconic television homes. According to Fortune.com, the 2,477 square foot home last sold in 1973 for just $61,000. Not much has changed, other than the price, the very 1970s home has just hit the market for $1,885,000. The Brady Bunch television show used 11222 Dilling Street for exterior shots of Mike and Carol Brady’s family home. The interiors you remember from the show were created on sound stages. Don’t worry though, the real house is a time capsule of 1970s design with wood panelled walls, rock fireplaces, built-in retro technology and floral prints you just couldn’t… or wouldn’t replicate today. According to the listing it is the second most photographed home in the United States right behind the White House. The home sits on a generous 0.29 acre lot with a lush backyard garden with gazebo, lawn and patio. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Numerous sources report that the owners are looking to find somebody to preserve the home rather than tear it down. It’s on the market for $1,885,000 with Ernie Carswell
