Architect Allan Greenberg collaborated with interior designer Elissa Cullman of Cullman & Kravis to create this elegant Georgian-style manor on a vast 100 acre estate in New Jersey. Architectural Digest covered the home in 2017 with Cullman stating, “We always like to start every decorating project with the living room rug, and this residence was no exception.” There is more than 16,000 square feet of classically designed space spread through 25 rooms including an elegant round entrance hall, formal dining room with 18th century Chinese wallpaper and an octagonal sitting room. “The garden façade is less sculptural than the entrance side of the house,” architect Allan Greenberg told Architectural Digest. “I tried very hard to make the entrances different—like the back and front of your body.” Photography by Durston Saylor.
