American recording artist Jessica Simpson has listed her beautifully designed & decorated Beverly Hills home for a cool $7.995 million.  The 5,500 square foot residence was custom-designed in 1991 by Kerry Joyce and is set in a private gated neighbourhood.  AOL notes that Simpson purchased the property in 2005 for $5.275 million.
