Canadian singer and songwriter Justin Bieber and wife Hailey Baldwin have purchased an 11,145 square foot mansion in the guard-gated community of Beverly Park. Variety reported that the couple purchased the property for nearly $26 million. Just two years prior the mansion hit the market for $42 million. Built in 1988, Architectural Digest revealed that the house was substantially upgraded under the ownership of the previous owner, a Dubai-based real estate developer. The residence comes loaded with amenities and features such as a grand two-storey entrance and gallery, large living room, den, library, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen and a home theatre. There are 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, an infinity swimming pool, championship tennis court, outdoor living & dining rooms with BBQ and pizza oven and Koi pond. According to Architectural Digest, “Prior to their Beverly Hills and Beverly Park purchases, the singer owned a Tuscan-style mansion in Calabasas that he sold off to Khloé Kardashian for $7.2 million in 2016. The couple also own property in Bieber’s native Canada.”Â
Beverly Park is considered one of the finest neighbourhoods in California and remains a popular enclave for celebrities. The property was on the market with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency while Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman represented Justin Bieber. The former home of television host Vanna White recently sold in Beverly Park for $26 million and other neighbours include Sofia Vergara & Joe Manganiello, Samuel Jackson and Magic Johnson.Â
