Los Angeles Lakers all-star Anthony Davis has sold his 15,815 square foot contemporary Mediterranean residence in Westlake Village for $6.6 million. Davis purchased the 2.33 acre property in 2018 for $7.5 million and put it on the market in April 2020 for $8 million. Built in 1996 and later expanded, the home includes an elegant two-storey entry with curving staircase, a wood panelled study, double-island kitchen and a state-of-the-art home theatre. The property also includes a guest house, indoor basketball court and according to the Los Angeles Times, a one-of-a-kind $1 million swimming pool with two waterslides and a spa. There are 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, numerous patios and decks, a five-car garage, sunken trampoline, newer indoor & outdoor security cameras, low maintenance manicured turf and an extensive solar power system. The house sits behind the gates of North Ranch Country Club Estates. Davis resigned with the Lakers in December on a five-year, $190 million contract. The property was on the market for $8 million with Jordan Cohen of Re/Max.
