Long Beach Waterfront by C.J. Riley Builder

C.J. Riley Builder, Inc. strives for excellence, so it’s no surprise their motto is, “Not just building a house, building a home,” because that’s exactly what they do.  Each project offers calming spaces with unbelievable attention to detail.  This particular project is a smaller scale beach house with unique features inside & out.  The website states it was built for a family with young children who wanted something casual and livable.

The home features a varied roofline to keep the home from appearing too large, the kitchen is beautifully retro with a custom-made dining booth & pressed tin ceiling, while the staircase features a custom-made lighthouse newel with working light.  The interiors also include a variety of mahogany elements including cabinetry & ceiling details, giving the home a yacht-like vibe.  To view this and more projects view C.J.
