Actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have reportedly secured a buyer for their 12,000 square foot mansion in Bel Air. Variety reported that the celebrity couple are in escrow to sell the home to Tinder co-founder, Justin Mateen, for close to $18 million. The Full House star purchased the 12,000 square foot residence with her husband in 2015 for $13.9 million before renovating it beyond recognition. The shell of the home remains mostly the same but the interiors have been drastically altered. Two years after the renovation, the couple listed the property for $35 million. It never sold and was removed in July 2018. The property relisted earlier this year for $28 million. Loughlin and Giannulli are among 36 parents charged in the 2019 college admission bribery scandal, nicknamed Operation Varsity Blues. Radar reported, “The couple is accused of paying $500,000 to Rick Singer, a college admissions consultant from California who took payments from parents in exchange for getting their kids into elite schools.” According to TMZ, listing the home has nothing to with the college admissions scandal or their upcoming trial and that the couple regularly buy, renovate and sell high end homes. The 12,000 square foot residence includes 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with a gourmet kitchen, large walls for art and a circular motor-court with 5-car garage. The 0.69 acre property includes two swimming pools overlooking the Bel Air Country Club.
