Magnificent French Chateau – $9,750,000

Magnificent French Chateau – $9,750,000

Here we go, finally a fairly large home that could actually feel like a home.  The reason being is that the spaces aren’t EXTREMELY huge – they are perfectly spaced out.  Another reason I think this would feel like a real home is the fact that it’s not over the top.  The styles in this home can be enjoyed by several different people without coming off as tacky or ugly.

The first impression is always the most important when it comes to any type of Real Estate.  If the Exterior of the home doesn’t show well, than in most cases the prospective buyer will decide to not even view the home.  This is not one of those cases.  My first impression of the Front Exterior is that it’s a well cared for home with professionally kept landscaped gardens and it leaves me wanting more.  Well done on the Exteriors of the home.

Originally looking at this listing a few days ago I thought the Kitchen appeared to be too narrow for the size of the home but now looking at it again it’s actually pretty wide and could hold several people.  On a side note I really like how the Refrigerator and Freezer are separated by a section of cabinetry/counter space – great feature.

I think my favourite room of the house has to be the Master Suite – yes it’s EXTREMELY large but guess what…every part of it is utilized!  There are no awkward empty open areas, which is one of things I hate most in Mega Mansions.  They build these massive spaces and than don’t know how to arrange the furniture.  This is an example of a well thought, well built home for a great price!
