As the listing details state, ‘the existing home and guest home are liveable but inappropriate for the magnificence of this site,’ I can agree with it on some level but 90% of me loves the home exactly the way it is. If anything I’d maybe re-do the entire Interior, but the Exteriors are just gorgeous. The home is only 3,200 Sq. Ft. but plans for 7,300 Sq. Ft. addition have already been drawn up and approved. There are 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms in the existing structure and there is also a Guest Home. Now usually when you read that a house is ‘Beach Front’ or ‘Ocean Front’ you don’t expect it to be LITERALLY built right on the beach. In this case – it is! Beautiful setting, beautiful views…couldn’t be better!
