If modern architecture is your passion then prepare to be impressed! A substantial 27,470 square foot concrete residence with teak doors and windows, a two-storey glass atrium and a 98-foot swimming pool in Beverly Hills prime estate section has been reduced to $59 million after hitting the market in 2019 for $75 million. According to Realtor, the mansion was built in 1995 by mall developer Guilford Glazer and his wife, Diane, who purchased the land in 1989 for $6.5 million. A more modest residence previously sat on the 1.65 acre property where Dean Martin once called home. Massive scale with a two-storey glass atrium foyer, a grand formal dining room, glass enclosed junior dining room and formal living room.

There is an exceptional “water lounge” surrounded by ponds on all sides, a lavish master suite with dual baths and closets as well as an indoor pool and ballroom. In total the mansion includes six bedrooms, eight full and one half bathrooms. The Glazer Estate hit the market for $75 million in July 2019 and was reduced to $70 million in January 2020. An additional 1.29 acre lot across the street was also previously available for purchase for $30 million. It was cleared around the same time that this property was developed and left vacant ever since. It’s unknown if it’s still available. The Glazer Estate is on the market for $59 million with Jeff Hyland of Hilton & Hyland
