MCal’s Thoughts: At first glance I can say that I like this home right off the bat because the spaces aren’t EXTREMELY large, but more of a modest livable size.  The overall Square Footage is still very large but it’s not right in your face.  The Exteriors of the home are very unique, those sun-decks off the front of the home are a little unusual but serve the home well.  I’m a sucker for chimney stacks, so seeing those 2 towering chimneys is a huge plus.  Quite possibly the perfect Kitchen!  I’ve always said Kitchen’s should have a MINIMUM of 2 dishwashers, it only makes sense.  I also love the ceiling and the other high end appliances.  The in-layed hardwood flooring throughout is a nice touch as well as the Exterior wood slat decking.  Time for a negative – I’ve never quite understood what to do with the space above the fireplace when you have a 2 story room?  Do you put 1 large painting, multiple paintings, nothing?  It’s just an awkward space unless it’s finished with stone work!
