Completed in 2018, the property took two major $10 million price reductions through 2019. It was just reduced to $67.5 million in July. Designed by architect Vladimir Elmanovich and built by Donald Bolin of Los Angeles-based Bolin Development, the 30,000 square foot mansion is one-of-a-kind not only for the amenities it offers but also for the size. Recent changes to building codes in Los Angeles prevent another home of this size being constructed on a lot of this size. The long list of amenities include walls of windows with commanding views of the Bel Air golf course and city beyond, a designer kitchen with an attached chef’s kitchen, 12 bedrooms suites and 23 bathrooms including a 5,600 square foot master suite with private spa, 5 fully appointed bars, a two lane bowling alley, home theatre and private staff quarters. 

There is also a sport court, infinity pool with waterfall & spa, putting green with 50′ fire feature, motor court with space for 60 vehicles and a custom 14 vehicle garage. The modern mansion was previously rented by Instagram celebrity Dan Bilzerian, his company, Ignite International Brand, had been paying $200,000 per month according to Forbes. This 30,000 square foot party mansion is on the market for $67.5 million with Ginger Glass of Compass.
