Musician John Fogerty asks $23.5 Million for Mansion

American musician & former member of Creedence Clearwater Revival, John Fogerty, has unofficially listed his sprawling Beverly Hills mansion as an off-market listing with The Agency for $23.5 million.  The 16,000 square foot residence includes 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a two-storey entry hall, wood-panelled library, formal living room, mosaic-tiled resort pool, sprawling lawns, playground equipment, 4+ car garage and much more.  The grounds also include a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house complete with living room & kitchen. Trulia reports that Fogerty purchased the estate in 2002 for just $2.9 million which has since undergone an extensive renovation.  According to Celebrity Networth Fogerty has a networth of $68 million.  To see the full listing click here.
