Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger Lists Palatial Abbotsford Mansion

30709 North Burgess Avenue, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, V4X 2A6

We first posted this palatial 20,135 square foot Abbotsford mansion back in May of this year with little information on who owned it.  VanCity Buzz has confirmed that it’s the former home of Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger.  The residence is situated on 18.47-acres on North Burgess Avenue in Abbotsford and features impressive amenities including an indoor hockey rink, indoor & outdoor pools, a guest house, and equestrian facilities.  The listing says the home had a major addition/renovation with only the finest materials money can buy.  It was also showcased on MTV’s Cribs which can be seen below.  It’s listed at $8,980,000 CAD, to see the full listing click here.
